Character & prop rigging, CFX setup, work I did on the Butterfly dream sequence for the movie Slumberlandfor Netflix.

In this complex environment, everything is made out of butterflies! A room full of butterflies dancers, move and interacts througout the whole sequence. I worked on the dancers and singer body and costume rigs as well as their CFX setup.
I also worked on the rig for individual butterflies, some props that are animated as the dream goes on and the Garbage Monster Truck that burst onto the scene later on. For the chase sequence on the plane, the cockpit needed to match the focal of the camera for additional VFX. I had to work on some additional rigging to make it possible.

Slumberland is a 2022 American fantasy adventure film directed by Francis Lawrence and written by David Guion and Michael Handelman. Based on the comic strip Little Nemo in Slumberland by Winsor McCay. It tells the story of a young girl who goes to live with her uncle after her father is lost at sea and enters Slumberland where she befriends a renegade character who is involved in a plot to get to the Sea of Nightmares and obtain a special pearl that may have the power to reunite her with her father.
